    Wayne Wright Collins, age 71, of Woodbine, died Friday, January 9, 2015 at his house. He was born September 24, 1943 in Sneedville, Tennessee, the son of the late Walter Collins and the late Myrtle Kendree Collins. He was the husband of Charlotte Ann Collins (nee Rippeon), married May 21, 1966. He worked for Charles H. Riddle Construction Company and at Carroll County Public School System-West Middle in Westminster as a custodian. He loved going to Disney World, Sanibel Island, Florida and Ocean City.
