    McKenna “McKinley” Jazer Manuel, infant daughter of Genesis Mari Manuel and James McKinley Johnson passed away on January 13, 2015 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. In addition to her parents she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Doretta Williams of Salisbury and Jermaine Manuel of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and paternal grandparents, Selina Jasper of Snow Hill and Robert Johnson of Pocomoke City and several aunts and uncles. She was born in Rock Hall, Maryland on March 16, 1912, the daughter of the late Clarence Huffman Akers and Emily Pearl Stevens Akers.     William John Wagner, 88, of Salisbury, passed away surrounded by his family on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at the Peninsula Regional Medical Center. Born in Salisbury, he was the son of the late George Fred Wagner, Sr. and Margaret Conlon Wagner. “Bill” was a US Navy WWII veteran and a member of American Legion, Post 64. He worked as a Department Manager at Sears Department Store for 35 years, retiring in 1989. He enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing and square dancing.
