Born in Willards, he was the son of the late John Marion Brittingham and Hazel T. Palmer Brittingham. “Tommy” retired as a housing specialist for Perdue Farms after 30 years. He was a member of Delmarva Evangelistic Church in Salisbury and Assembly of God in Selbyville.
