Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late William Schwartz and Margaret “Peg” Keating Schwartz. He worked in maintenance for Rinnier Management at Parkside Apartments for the past 4 years. Prior to that he was owner and vice-president of Goslee Roofing for 30 years. He was a member of Delaware Bass Masters Association and Associated Builders and Contractors.
