    Alfred Thomas Duncan, Jr., 89, passed away peacefully at Hartley Hall Nursing Home in Pocomoke City on Monday, September 15, 2015. Born December 3, 1925 in Accomac, VA, he was a son of the late Minnie Rosse Duncan and the late Alfred Thomas Duncan, Sr. Mr. Duncan served in the U.S. Coast Guard during WW II and cofounded the Conaway and Duncan (C & D) Truck Stop in Pocomoke City, which flourished until it was destroyed by a fire.     James M. “Mike” Randall, 62, of 24 Kraft Street, Gardner, died peacefully Saturday, September 12, 2015 in his residence, surrounded by family and friends. Mike was born in Pittsfield on March 31, 1953, the son of the late David and Barbara (McHale) Randall. He graduated from Keith Academy of Lowell and later attended college. Mike was a volunteer and patient monitor for Heywood Hospital of Gardner, after retiring from various sales positions.     Ralph H. Aponte, 84, of Snow Hill, MD, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2015 at Harrison Senior Living in Snow Hill. Born in Long Island N.Y. on January 14, 1931, he served in the Navy for four years before starting his career at Grumman Aerospace, retiring in 1989 with 33 years of service.
