She is survived by her daughter, Susan Lynch and her husband Thomas Lynch, and grandsons, Erick Christopher Lynch and Christopher Ryan Lynch. She is also survived by a sister, Erma N.     Colleen B. Ford, of Salisbury died Monday, September 14, 2015 at her home in Salisbury surrounded by her loved ones. Born in Salisbury, she was the daughter of Mary Elaine Barr and the late Robert S. Barr. Mrs. Ford worked for many years in Special Education at different schools in Wicomico County as well as with the Maryland State Department of Education. Colleen was an appointed mediator for the Wicomico County Court System as well. She officiated field hockey, basketball and women’s lacrosse on the high school and collegiate levels.
