Inez O. Graham-Barnes was born September 4, 1949 in Delmar, Delaware and went home to be with her Lord and Savior on September 27, 2018. Inez was the daughter of the late Dorothy Graham Ricketts and the late Charley Quailes, Jr.

Inez was a caring person. She was an avid fan of wrestling and loved to cook, see people eat, do crossword puzzles, play games on her laptop, and help the church or anyone who needed help, no matter what.

Inez received her education in public schools– Cooper Mill, San Domingo, and Salisbury High. She received her GED and attended Anne Arundel Community College and graduated as an Office Practice Receptionist.

Before becoming disabled in 1998, Inez was employed with King Cole in Milton, DE, Benmatt Industries in Federalsburg, MD, and Don-Lee Margin Corporation in Seaford, DE.
Inez was joined in holy matrimony to Eduardo Barnes on September 9, 2002 at the Justice of the Peach in Denton, MD. They subsequently were married at Park Lane Church of God on November 9, 2002.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eduardo Barnes; brother, Robert Peterson; sister, Rebecca Bolden Davis; and a nephew, Pierre Fletcher. She is survived by her sisters, Lutisha Gibbs of Georgetown, DE; Elizabeth Jenkins of Virginia; Rosemary Pinkett of Federalsburg, MD; D’anna Ayres of Fredericks, MD; a special niece, Sabrina Ricketts of Federalsburg, MD; and Ron’nae Ricketts, also of Federalsburg, MD, whom she helped to raise. She also leaves to mourn a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
