Madeline Slacum Madeline V. Slacum, 97, of Cambridge passed away on Friday, July 19, 2019 at her home. She was born in Bucktown on January 2, 1922 and was a daughter of the late Craig and Lillie Willey Lowe. Mrs. Slacum attended schools in Dorchester County. CUMBERLAND – Regina L. Kline, 89, of Cumberland, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 18, 2019, at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center. Born May 2, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Denzel and Ethel (Haines) Oates. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth L. Kline; son, Ricky L. Kline; great-granddaughter, Amirah Leigh Kline; two brothers, Denzel Oates and Vernon Oates; two sisters, Virginia Shaffer and Reta Bishop. In 1948, Regina graduated from Fort Hill High School.
