Born in Baltimore, Julie graduated from Landsdowne High School and Mount St. Mary’s College as an undergraduate with a dual-degree in Psychology and Art.   Her children were her life, and Julie left the workforce for 14 years to raise them before returning to her other passion, which was to help other’s children in education.
