    Elva “Jonisha” Giddins-Bonneville, of Millsboro, DE, formerly of Berlin, MD departed this life Sunday, June 16, 2019 at her residence.  Born July 13, 1987, “Jonisha” was the daughter of Darry, Sr. and Desiree Giddins-Ames. In addition to her parents, “Jonisha” is survived by her two sons, Jose Juarez and Tymere Hardy; one daughter, Tamiya Bonneville; one brother, Darry Ames, Jr.; two sisters, Tanyel Giddins and Lashonda Nemhard (Ian); her paternal grandmother, Sandra Davis;  and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.     Doris Wise Holmes, 80, daughter to the late Irene and Garland Wise, was born May 17, 1938.  She departed this life on Friday, February 22, 2019. Her parents were the first known black entrepreneurial couple in Somerset County, Maryland. They owned and operated a Pure Oil service station and restaurant. Doris was the younger of two children. Her brother was Thomas “Sonny” Wise. They were a loving, giving and caring family. Doris was a life-long member and supporter of the John Wesley United Methodist Church in Cottage Grove, Maryland.     Henry Lockett, 97, of Upper Hill, Maryland, passed away peacefully Friday, January 11, 2019 at Salisbury Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Salisbury, Maryland.  He was born in Macon, Georgia November 21, 1921,  he was the son of the late Samuel and Lucretia Lockett. He was educated in the Public Schools in Georgia.  He served in the United States Army, and received an Honorable discharge, American Theater Ribbon, Meritorious Unit Award and a World War II Ribbon.     Annie Victoria Fowler Cullen peacefully departed this life on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at her home in Marion, MD, with her son.  She was born June 25, 1920 in Clinton, NC to the late William and Creasy Ann Fowler. She received her formal education in the Clinton, NC School System. Annie relocated to Georgetown, DE, then to Marion where she met and married Frank Borden.  He preceded her in death.  She later married Welton Cullen who also preceded her in death.     Maurice Franklin Barnes, 58, son of the late Donald and Anna P. Barnes was born on March 1, 1960 in Baltimore, Maryland.  He was called to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 in Baltimore. Maurice was raised in Marion, Maryland and received his education at Carter G. Woodson Elementary/High School and a graduate of Crisfield Academy High School.
