Bloomington—Alesia E. Lee, 52, of Bloomington, MD, passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2019, at her home, surrounded by her family.
Born on January 2, 1967, she was the daughter of Laura (Ridgeley) and Donald Van Meter of Cresaptown. Alesia was preceded in death by her son, Clay Michael Lee
Alesia was a graduate of Corning East High School in Corning, New York. Following high school, Alesia received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Mountain State University in West Virginia.
Alesia had been a hospice nurse. Recently, she was employed at Moran Manor as a nursing supervisor. She was a wife and mother, who enjoyed spending time with her family and participating in their activities.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Donald R. Lee; son, Cody B. Lee; sister, Michelle Savilisky and husband David, Ridgeley; brother, Robert Sites and wife Janice, Front Royal, VA; half- sisters, LeeAnn, Joy, Ruby, and Amy; half-brother, Kermitt; and step-mother, Lee Sites, Cumberland.
Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 15205 McMullen Hwy SW, Cresaptown, on Sunday, February 3, 3019, from 2-5 P.M. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Monday, February 4, 2019, at 1 P.M. with Rev. Gordon Brubaker officiating. Interment will be in Waxler Cemetery.
